Police believe the man at the cash register in this video
groped a woman on the dance floor at the Thirsty Turtle, then stole
her credit card. Police said in a
release that after groping the woman, "the suspect threw the victim to the ground, kicked her
and stole her wallet. After the assault, the suspect tried to use
the victim?s credit card at a store in the 8900 block of Rhode Island
Avenue."
