Housing Crunch: Hitting home in the architecture school
While the rest of the university crams for midterms this week, we architecture majors are preparing for our mid-semester reviews with a charrette. It's a brief, intense period of work leading up to a presentation before a panel of judges. It's time to put out the Flame of intolerance
I was surprised The Diamondback decided to print the outrageous and propaganda-laden "opinion advertisement" by the pro-Israel advocacy organization Flame Tuesday, Sept. 30.
I understand The Diamondback needs money from advertising, but come on!
I am generally a supporter of the Israeli state and also believe that a nuclear-armed Iran would be detrimental to the world, but the Muslim- and Arab-bashing propaganda spouted by the Flame advertisement goes a bit too far.…
